  • This certificate entitles 2 people to roundtrip airfare to Las Vegas, NV plus 2 nights of accommodations.

 

  • The departure airports include one of: Prince George, BC or Kelowna, BC.

 

  • The traveler should register their certificate at least 60 days prior to their preferred date of travel, and no later than 60 days prior to the expiry of the certificate.

 

  • The taxes and fees altogether for two people are 393.18 USD.

 

  • The hotels we typically book for this program are 3-star accommodations: The Four Queens, Palace Station, Plaza, and The D (formerly Fitzgerald’s) or similar. 

 

  • Check-in is on a Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays only.

 

  • Upgrades: We have a team of dedicated professional travel consultants. After your guest completes their registration they will be assigned to their own personal travel consultant. Their consultant will work with them to either book their promotional base line vacation, or help them book the custom vacation of their dreams. That might include upgraded accommodations, additional nights, modified flights, car rental, attraction passes and more. In some cases the customer might decide to venture on to an entirely different destination. The sky is really the limit. Our goal is to send your customer on a memorable vacation.

 

Registration Process

 

  • Guests go to Odenzareg.com to fill out information. They will need to submit a refundable reservation deposit at the time of registration. They can pay by Visa/Mastercard (if they do not have access to a computer we will mail them a manual registration form and they can submit their funds in the form of a bank draft or money order).
  • Once we are in receipt of their funds their certificate will be assigned to an Odenza travel agent and the travel agent will contact them to begin the booking process.

  1. Is the certificate transferable?

Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.

  1. What happens with my refundable reservation deposit if I decide not to book?

The guest can receive a full 100% refund of any funds they’ve sent in if they no longer want to book at any time.

  1. Can I use 2 or more certificates together for group travel?

No, group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions
