Warranty & Returns
We are proud to sell premium brands and stand by them. All products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. To file a claim simply send us pictures and a description of the issue and we will analyze the problem to find the best possible solution, either through repair or replacement. We will address any merchandise defects by sending replacement parts to you upon request. If the issue cannot be addressed with replacement parts, the product will be replaced. We want your experience to be enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that situations arise in which things do not work out the way we hoped. We will try to reach a resolution of repairs or replacement when such situations happen. If, for uncontrollable reasons, neither options will suffice, we will return the product and give a full refund. Refunds must be returned in its original packaging. Credit will be issued within 2 business days after the merchandise has arrived. It will be the clients responsibility to cover the cost of shipping.
